• All returns must be authorized by Walman Instruments.
• Return shipments will NOT be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization Number obtained from customer service. Email customer service at instrumentscustomerservice@walman.com or call (800) 222-8095.
• Returns for full product credit may be accepted within 15 days after item delivery to the customer.
• ALL RETURNS AFTER 15 DAYS MAY BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 20%.
• NO RETURNS for credit will be accepted after 45 days.
• RETURNS for credit can only be accepted if the item is undamaged and packed in ALL original packaging material.
• Shipping charges will not be credited on returns unless the item is defective
